Do you accept returns?

Yes, within 7 days please mail us your return request on bombaylooms@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91 7777 020 166. Also mention the reason for returns or in case of defect please send us a pic of defective item.  We do not accept returns of fabrics which are 1 meter and below.

How can I get a refund?
For cash on delivery order - payout link will be issued through a secured payment gateway. You can avail the refund in any mode of payments like any upi - gpay, phone pe, card, bank account.  
For prepaid orders - It will be refunded via the same payment gateway. The amount will be reflected in your account immediately or within 7 days depending upon your bank.

P.N. - For return amount above Rs. 3000/- only credit note will be issued with no expiry.

What about shipping charges for return orders?
As you know we are a wholesale price store we will charge the return shipping charges as per actuals.
For defective items or mistakes from our side shipping charges will be totally borne by us.

Can products bought in sale be returned?
No.

Can I cancel my order ?
Yes. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund the entire amount immediately if you have paid for your order. If you've placed order in COD mode, we'll simply cancel it.
