REFUND POLICY
7 days refund/exchange guarantee.
All products sold at
bombaylooms.com are covered under the 7-day refund/replacement guarantee.
Sale products will not be eligible for return except for being defective.
Upon authorization of your return/refund request, we would be happy to offer you a refund or replacement.
You can get your money back into your originating bank account or you can opt for a gift card which can be used for any future purchase on
bombaylooms.com.
You can also opt for a direct bank transfer via NEFT in case you have paid via cod mode. Usually, gift cards are the most preferred option of a refund on
bombaylooms.com.
You can use the gift card as per your convenience, there is no expiry to a gift card.
If the return location of the shipment is India,
bombaylooms.com will pay the return shipping.
We will arrange a return pickup from your location through our logistic partner.
If under any circumstance, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on
bombaylooms.com.
If the return location of the shipment is outside India,
bombaylooms.com will not be paying the return shipping charges.
We can offer refund/replacements once products are received back into our warehouse. We strongly recommend you to choose carefully before making an international order as returns may be not very cost effective.

Condition of Returned Products

The tags on the product should be intact.
The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition. The product needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Replacement of Defective or Damaged Products

It is our constant endeavor to maintain a strict quality check and provide you with the best.
Goods which would be treated as defective or damaged:
Substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture or colors is visible right at the time of product first unpacked

The fabric is abruptly torn and is not usable
The structure is loosely woven in part or areas, or weave is damaged or torn.

Weight per meter varies more than 25%

Products which shall not be categorized as defective or damaged
Colour reproduction on various digital screens vastly varies, hence there shall always be some gap between what you see online versus in real.

Some particular types of fabrics suffer inherent color bleeding for a few washes. Instructions for each such fabric are clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

Any fabric ordered below 2 meters of measurement doesn’t qualify for the return.

If the item you received is defective or damaged, please send us a picture of the same via email communication
The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available.
Return charges are payable by
bombaylooms.com for domestic (India) shipments and by the customer for international shipments
Bombay Looms shall arrange for the pickup from your delivery location
Pick up location has to be the same as the delivery location
In case our logistics partner is not able to pick up the parcel, the customer can ship the package to our address and we shall refund shipping charges in the form of a gift card as per the receipt.

Exchange

Any request of exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products.

Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through an email within 24 to 48 hours from placing an order.

This includes items purchased on sale also.

Any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account.

If the order is placed in COD mode the order will be canceled outright.

If your product is shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact customer support and inform them of the same. We will recall the parcel.

You can cancel/return a part of your order.
